My deep understanding of energetic blueprints and their reflective nature in how they drive our worlds - in merging spirit and matter - is at the core of the work that I offer at C3.

And the key ingredient, devotion. An Unwavering commitment to showing up in love and making intuitively guided choices.

A highly sensitive, intuitive channel and natural born queen of embodiment, I have travelled deep within my internal environment to find peace and acceptance in my expression and the way in which it is present within my external reality. Using my innate gifts as tools for expansion and with an open, optimistic and truth seeking mindset, I offer an insight into recognising opportunities and inspiration that are ever present in the moment. My depth of understanding through experience offers a safe space for the release of suppressed expression and deep inner reflection.

A former professional athlete and business consultant, I found my way home to the natural essence of what it is to be human, by using the intelligent messaging system of my bodies (physical, light, energetic, emotional) and nervous system - as a compass of navigation. Facing my fears head on, I embraced the lessons within the projections that were reflected to me in real-time. Observing outdated patterns without judgement and integrating as snippets of wisdom, I took accountability for my participation in the creation of my life - and the choices that I make within that process.

My passion for human evolution is at the core of all of my creations. My connection to a higher power offers a deep inner knowing of the power of love and the transformative impact on humanity and the planet - of coming together to support eachother in the process of healing and evolution.

It is a great pleasure to share my wisdom and experience with those of kindred spirit.

I know that I am blessed to see life through the lens of a unified perspective. To be an embodiment of the knowing of the innate power that each one of us individually holds - to adapt, expand and uplevel to the capacity to which we have explored the depths of our inner landscapes. Our capacity to self heal. The transformative power of our natural essence, when embodied as a state of being, on the environment within and around us and the symphony that occurs when we harmoniously come together in unity and acceptance with the purity of life in it's raw expression.

This knowing is the way behind all of my choices and it is my deepest desire to offer rememberance to those who are open, ready and willing to see.
